目的:研究57例妊娠合并尖锐湿疣患者应用三氯醋酸与重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合治疗的疗效.方法:选择114例从2014年12月至2015年8月我院接诊的尖锐湿疣患者进行研究.所有患者,采用随机数表法进行分组,随机均分为两组.将两组患者外阴及分泌物擦净.对照组仅用蘸有50％三氯醋酸的棉棒涂于患者患处.观察组采用三氯醋酸与重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合进行治疗.观察分析两组的治疗效果及对妊娠的影响.结果:经过治疗对照组治愈率为78.9％低于观察组的治愈率93.0％.在后期随访调查中,1个月、3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月后的对照组复发率分别为14.04％、12.28％、7.02％、12.28％、7.02％;观察组复发率分别为3.5％、1.75％、0.00％、1.75％、0.00％.对照组的总复发率为52.63％,远高于观察组的复发率7.02％,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究过程中,两组患者未见明显影响妊娠进展新生儿HPV感染、新生儿畸形病例发生.结论:三氯醋酸与重组人α-2b干扰素凝胶联合对妊娠期尖锐湿疣患者的疗效显著、复发率低,减少了患者住院时间.治疗过程中,孕妇的妊娠进展能正常进行,不受影响,胎儿发育情况良好.%Objectives:To study the effect of trichloroacetic acid combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in the treatment of 57 pregnancy patients complicated with condyloma.Methods:114 pregnancy patients complicated with condyloma in our hospital from December 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The vulva and secretions of all patients in the two groups were cleaned.The control group received only 50％ trichloroacetic acid,while the observation group received trichloroacetic acid combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel for treatment.The treatment effect and the impact on pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the cure rate of the control group was 78.9％ lower than that of the observation group (93％).In the late follow-up survey,the 1-month,3-month,6-month,9-month,and 12-month recurrence rates were 14.04％,12.28％,7.02％,12.28％ and 7.02％ respectively in the control group,and the recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.5％,1.75％,0.00％,1.75％ and 0.00％ respectively.The total recurrence rate of the control group was 52.63％,which was much higher than that of the observation group of 7.02％,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).During the course of the study,there were no HPV infected newborns and neonatal malformation in the two groups.Conclusion:Trichloroacetic acid combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel is effective in treating pregnancy patients complicated with condyloma with little recurrence rate and shorter hospitalization time,which has little impact on the pregnancy and newborn.
