目的:探讨疏肝益阳胶囊用于治疗早泄患者的效果与不良反应发生情况.方法:将120例早泄患者随机分为A、B、C三组.A组采取单纯行为治疗,B组口服盐酸舍曲林片,C组在B组的基础上联用疏肝益阳胶囊,比较三组患者的射精潜伏期、早泄症状、勃起功能障碍、性生活满意度及不良反应率.结果:治疗后C组的IELT指标高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).B组、C组的CIPE指标高于A组,且C组CIPE指标高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,C组HAMD和IIEF-5指标均低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,C组患者性生活满意度优于A组和B组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:疏肝益阳胶囊可用于早泄患者的治疗,在舍曲林的基础应用疏肝益阳胶囊可以改善患者早泄症状、勃起功能障碍和抑郁情绪,增加性生活满意度,且不良反应更少.%Objectives:To explore the curative effect and adverse reactions of Shugan Yiyang Capsule in the treatment of patients with premature ejaculation.Methods:120 patients with premature ejaculation were randomly divided into group A,B and C.Patients in group A were treated by behavior therapy;those in group B were orally given Sertraline Hydrochloride,and those in group C were given Shugan Yiyang Capsule combined with oral administration of Sertraline Hydrochloride.The intra-vaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT),symptoms of premature ejaculation,erectile dysfunction,sexual life satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups were compared.Results After treatment,IELT in group C was higher than that in group A and group B,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).CIPE in group B and group C was higher than that in group A,and CIPE in group C was high-er than that in group B,all with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,HAMD and IIEF-5 in group C were lower than those in group A and group B,where the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Moreover,patients' satisfaction to sexual life was shown to be better than that in group A and group B,where the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Shugan Yiyang Capsule can be used for the treatment of patients with premature ejaculation,which,combined with Sertraline,can better improve the symptoms of premature ejaculation,erectile dysfunction and depression,increase sexual satisfaction,and reduce adverse reactions.
