目的:了解广西偏远地区留守儿童预防性侵犯意识和能力现况及影响因素,为开展预防性侵犯教育提供依据.方法:采用随机整群抽取广西壮族自治区百色市6所中小学927名学生和61位教师进行不记名自填式问卷调查,深入访谈留守儿童17名,访谈留守儿童比较多的学校校长2名.结果:在被调查的学生中,66.7%的儿童能够识别陌生人;15.9%的儿童不了解隐私部位的概念;29.2%的儿童在别人对自己的触摸(抚摸)不知道是好还是不好时,不会告诉家长和其他大人;34.2%的儿童认为男孩不必担心别人会触摸其隐私部位;31.8%的儿童认为对儿童进行性侵犯的只有异性.68.0%的教师认为学生在小学阶段很有必要进行性教育,仅仅6.0%的教师主动对学生顺利地进行过性知识的教育.结论:广西偏远地区农村儿童预防性侵犯能力有待提高,应重视儿童预防性侵犯教育.%Objectives:To investigate the sexual abuse prevention awareness and ability of leftover children in remote areas of Guangxi and its influencing factors,in order to provide basis for relevant education.Methods:927 children and 61 teachers were selected from 6 primary and secondary schools in Baise of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.All the subjects were surveyed by anonymous and self-administered questionnaires.17 leftover children and 2 principals from schools with many leftover children were interviewed deeply.Results:Among the surveyed students,66.7% of them can identify strangers;15.9% of the children did not understand the concept of private parts;29.2% of children did not tell parents and other adults when they were not sure the touch of others;32.7% of children did not worry that boys' private parts were touched;31.8% of children thought that only the opposite sex could conduct sexual abuse.68.0% of teachers knew that students accepting sex education at primary school was indispensable and only 6.0% of the teachers took initiative to educate students of sexual knowledge.Conclusion:The sexual abuse prevention ability of leftover children in remote areas of Guangxi needs to be improved and more attention should be given to the education in such areas.
