目的:研究皮下注射分离技术联合激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效.方法:选择2011年7月至2016年4月我院收治的尖锐湿疣患者116例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各58例.对照组以CO2激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)治疗,实验组运用重组人干扰素α-2b皮下分离注射联合CO2激光和5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)治疗,观察两组临床疗效、复发情况及不良反应.结果:实验组的治疗有效率(91.37％)与对照组(7241％)比较有统计学差异(P＜0.05);随访6个月,实验组复发率(3.45％)与对照组(13.80％)比较有统计学差异(P＜0.05);不良反应发生率实验组(6.9％)与对照组(6.9％)比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05);实验组治疗费用(1.86±0.46)千元与对照组(1.68±0.34)千元比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论:皮下注射分离技术联合激光治疗尖锐湿疣效果显著,复发率低,值得临床应用推广.%Objectives:To study the clinical effect of subcutaneous inject separation technology combined laser therapy for condyloma treatment.Methods:116 patients with condyloma from July 2011 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number method,each of 58 cases.The control group received CO2 laser combined 5-ALA PDT,and the experimental group used subcutaneous inject separation of recombinant human interferonα-2b with laser combined 5-ALA PDT.The clinical effect,relapse and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment efficiency of experimental group (91.37％) and control group (72.41％) was statistically different (P ＜ 0.05).All the subjects were followed up for 6 months,and difference in the recurrence rate of experimental group (5.17％) and control group (12.07％) was statistically different (P ＜0.05);difference in the adverse reactions of experimental group (6.9％) and control group (6.9％) was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05);difference in the treatment expense between the experimental group (1.86 ± 0.46) and the control group (1.68-± 0.34) was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The subcutaneous inject separation technology combined laser therapy is of remarkable effect in treating condyloma with low recurrence rate,which is worth clinical application.
