目的:观察前列舒通胶囊联合喹诺酮类抗生素治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效及安全性,为慢性细菌性前列腺炎的治疗提供参考.方法:选择我院2015年2月至2016年1月门诊收治的80例慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据所采用的治疗方法的不同,将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组44例采用喹诺酮类抗生素治疗,观察组36例采用前列舒通胶囊联合喹诺酮类抗生素治疗,两组患者均连续治疗8周.采用美国国立卫生院制定的《慢性前列腺症状指数评分》(NIH-CPSI)对两组患者治疗前、治疗4周、治疗8周的症状进行评价比比较,对两组患者治疗前后的前列腺按摩液进行白细胞计数检查并比较,两组患者治疗8周后采用NIH-CPSI与前列腺按摩液白细胞计数指标判断临床疗效并比较,统计两组患者治疗期间的不良反应并比较.结果:两组患者治疗前NIH-CPSI评分、前列腺按摩液白细胞计数比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组患者治疗4周、8周后NIH-CPSI指数与前列腺按摩液白细胞计数均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗后观察组NIH-CPSI与前列腺按摩液白细胞计数明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗8周后两组患者临床总有效率比较,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组患者治疗期间未收集到明显的不良反应.结论:前列舒通胶囊辅助喹诺酮类抗生素治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎临床疗效确切,安全性高,具有较高的临床价值.%Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qianlieshutong capsule combined with quinolones in treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis,so as to provide a reference for the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis.Methods:80 chronic bacterial prostatitis patients in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group (44 cases) received quinolone antibiotic treatment and the observation group (36 cases) received Qiardieshutong capsule combined with quinolone antibiotics.Patients in both groups were treated for 8 consecutive weeks.Chronic prostatitis symptom index developed by National Institutes of Health (NIH-CPSI) score was used to evaluate symptoms of two groups before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.White blood cell count in prostate fluid of two groups before and after treatment were examined and compared.NIH-CPSI and prostate massage fluid leukocyte count index was used to determine the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups after 8 weeks of treatment.Results:NIH-CPSI score and prostate fluid white blood cell count of two groups before treatment showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05);NIH-CPSI index and prostate fluid white blood cell count of two groups after 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment were significantly lower than these before treatment.NIH-CPSI index and prostate fluid white blood cell count of the observation group were significantly lower than these of control group after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).After 8 weeks' treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).No significant adverse reactions were collected during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:Qianlieshutong capsule combined with quinolones for the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis is effective and safe,with high clinical application value.
