目的：分析女性生殖系统淋巴瘤的超声表现和病理特征。方法：回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年1月期间我院经手术及病理证实的28例女性生殖系统淋巴瘤患者的超声和病理特征。结果：对28例女性生殖系统淋巴瘤患者进行超声检查，结果显示28例患者共发30个病灶，其中12个病灶位于宫颈，12个病灶位于卵巢，6个病灶位于子宫体。其中20个病灶内部回声均匀，10个病灶为极低回声，且所有的病灶均为后方回声增强，26个病灶边界比较清晰，10个宫颈病灶表现为叶状，10个卵巢的病灶表现为椭圆形，所有子宫内膜均完整，且病灶宫体表现为弥漫性增大，其中26个病灶血流信号比较丰富。其中28例患者的病理结果表现为弥漫大 B 细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤。结论：对于女性生殖系统淋巴瘤患者进行超声检查，其主要特征为后方回声增强、极低均匀性回声，且患者最终的诊断需要结合病理和临床。%Objectives:To analyze the ultrasound manifestation and pathological features of female repro-ductive system lymphoma.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 28 cases of female reproductive system lymphoma in our hospital from January 201 2 to January 201 4 was done to analyze the pathological features.Results:The ultra-sound examination showed that there were 30 lesions in the 28 patients,including 1 2 lesions in the cervix,1 2 le-sions in the ovary and 6 lesions in the uterus,of which 20 lesions were with uniform internal echo,20 lesions were with low echo and all lesions were with rear echo enhancement.The boundaries of 26 lesions were relatively clear, including 1 0 lobate cervical lesions in cervix,1 0 oval lesions in ovary.All the uteruses were with integrity endome-trium,and the corpus of the lesions showed diffuse increased,including 26 lesions with rich blood flow.Pathologi-cal results of 28 cases showed diffuse large B -cell non -Hodgkin’s lymphoma.Conclusion:According to the ul-trasound examination of female reproductive system lymphoma,its main features are the rear echo enhancement and low echo,and final diagnosis requires a combination of clinical pathology.
