Vascular remodeling is an important pathological link of maintaining and developing high blood pressure. TCM has the advantage of comprehensive regulation effects with multiple channels, multiple links and multiple targets. Applying TCM treatment in vascular remodeling is a good point cut in the prevention and treatment of hypertention. This article reviewed the research status of TCM treatment of vascular remodeling in hypertention, with a purpose to provide ideas for clinical application and further research.%血管重构是高血压维持、发展的关键病理环节。中医药具有多途径、多环节、多靶点的综合调节作用，运用中医药干预高血压血管重构，是高血压防治的良好切入点。本文就中医药干预高血压血管重构的研究现状作一综述，以期为临床应用及后续研究提供思路。
