The etiology of pulmonary fibrosis is complex. The occurance and development of this disease involve many cell signal transduction pathways, including MAPK signaling pathway, JAK-STAT signaling pathway, Smad signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, NF-κB signaling pathway and so on. Numbers of experiments have shown that intervention in signal transduction pathways with TCM can delay the progression of fibrosis, which provides good therapeutic methods for this disease. This article reviewed study on TCM intervention in different signal transduction pathways in the pulmonary fibrosis in China.%肺纤维化的发病原因复杂,其发生、发展过程涉及多种细胞信号转导通路,主要包括MAPK通路、JAK-STAT信号通路、Smad信号通路、PI3K-Akt通路、NF-κB通路等。大量实验研究表明,干预纤维化过程中信号通路能有效延缓纤维化进程,这为临床治疗提供了好的切入点。本文对中医药干预肺纤维化细胞信号转导通路国内研究概况作一综述。
