Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental disorder appearing after the body suffers from life-threatening or strong mental trauma. Acupuncture and moxibustion has good efficacy to PTSD caused by recent disaster events. This article summarized domestic research on mechanism of acupuncture intervention in PTSD in recent years, in order to analyze and conclude the neurobiological mechanism of acupuncture intervention in PTSD, and offer some references for the research on efficacy and clinical application of acupuncture intervention in PTSD.%创伤后应激障碍（post-traumatic stress disorder，PTSD）是当机体遭受生命威胁或强烈精神创伤后发生的精神障碍。针灸在近期灾害性事件导致的PTSD治疗中取得较好疗效。本文总结了近年来国内针刺干预PTSD的机理研究文献，以分析和总结针刺干预PTSD的神经生物学机制，为针刺干预PTSD的效应研究和临床应用提供依据。
