目的 探讨抑郁症患者5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平及与其相应的中医证型、症状的相关性.方法 采用病例对照研究的方法,共观察抑郁症患者210例,进行中医辨证及证候指标调查,分析各组5-HT的差异及中医证型、症状与5-HT的关系.结果 210例抑郁症患者外周血5-HT功能与正常对照组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),外周血5-HT低下者各中医证型之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),5-HT功能低下的抑郁症患者核心症状及其他症状分布情况与5-HT功能不低下的患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 5-HT功能对抑郁症发病以及中医证型、症状有一定影响.%Objective To investigate the relationship of TCM syndromes, clinical symptoms and 5-HT level of major depression (MD) patients. Methods With case-control method, 210 MD patients were investigated. TCM diagnosis and syndrome indicators were observed. The differences in 5-HT of each group, and the relationship between TCM diagnosis, syndrome indicators and 5-HT were analyzed. Results The 5-HT level of MD patients was different with normal control (P<0.01). There was no difference among the five types of 5-HT lower patients (P>0.05). There was difference in core symptoms and other symptoms of patients with different 5-HT level (P<0.01). Conclusion The level of 5-HT has influence on TCM syndromes and symptoms of MD patients.
