针刺对心肌缺血/再灌注损伤大鼠高敏C反应蛋白与同型半胱氨酸的影响

         

摘要

Objective To explore the mechanism of relation between acupoints and Zangfu organs by observing the effects of acupuncture at Neiguan and Ximen points in pericardium meridian on hs-CRP and Hcy of rats with ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods Sixty rats were divided into six groups at random. The rats in sham-operated group were passed through the artery with a thread but didn't block the coronary artery, and the other groups were made model of ischemia reperfusion. Rats of the three acupunctured groups were respectively electric acupunctured at "Neiguan", "Ximen" and "Hegu" points for 20 minutes, then blocked the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery for 40 minutes, meanwhile monitored by electrocardiogram, electric acupunctured the above points for 20 minutes again, and recovered the perfusion of coronary artery for 60 minutes. The experiment ended at 100 min after the sham-operated group threading or recovering the perfusion of coronary artery for 60 minutes after blocking the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery for 40 minutes of model group I and 60 minutes of model group Ⅱ. Serum and plasma were separated to detecting the levels of serum hs-CRP and plasma Hcy by immunoturbidimetric assay and enzymatic method. Results Acupuncture at points "Neiguan" and "Ximen" could reduce the contents of hs-CRP and Hcy of rats (P<0.01), and had significant difference with model group and "Hegu" group (P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture at points of pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin could significantly decrease the contents of hs-CRP and Hcy, and showed a good protective effect on myocardial cells.%目的 观察针刺“内关”、“郄门”对心肌缺血/再灌注过程中高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响,探讨经穴与脏腑间特异性联系的作用机制.方法 60只大鼠随机分为6组.假手术组只穿线不结扎冠状动脉,其余各组制备缺血/再灌注动物模型,其中3个针刺穴位组分别于电针大鼠“内关”、“郄门”、“合谷”20 min后,结扎冠状动脉左前降支40 min,心电图监测,再次电针上述穴位20 min,松扎,恢复冠脉灌流60 min;假手术组穿线后100 min、模型I组结扎40 min、模型II组结扎60 min后,松扎再灌注60 min后实验结束,抽取静脉血,分离血清和血浆,分别采用免疫比浊法和酶法检测血清hs-CRP和血浆Hcy含量的变化.结果 内关组、郄门组hs-CRP、Hcy明显降低(P<0.01);内关组血清hs-CRP、血浆Hcy含量明显低于模型组和合谷组(P<0.01);郄门组hs-CRP、Hcy含量与内关组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 针刺手厥阴心包经穴可明显降低hs-CRP、Hcy的含量,对心肌细胞呈现出良好的保护作用.
