Objective To establish the method for detemining the content of berberine hydrochloride in Ermiao Wan by HPLC.Methods Diamonsil ODS1 C18 column was used with acetonitrile-0.1％ phosphoric solution (50 ∶ 50, 0.1 g sodium laurglsulfate add in each 100 mL solution) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength of 265 nm and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.138 6～2.772 μg for berberine hydrochloride and linear equation was Y =2 572.354X + 79.851, r =0.999 7.The average recovery was 98.67％ and the related standard deviation (RSD) was 1.26％ (n =6).Conclusion This method was simple and accurate, and the reduplication of the result was good, which can provide scientific quantitative analysis method of berberine hydrochloride in Ermiao Wan.%目的 建立二妙丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil ODS1 C18柱,以乙腈-0.1懈酸溶液(50:50,每100 mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长265nm.结果 盐酸小檗碱在0.138 6-2.772μg范围内呈良好线性,回归方程为γ-2572.354X+79.851,r＝0.9997.平均加样回收率为98.67%,RSD＝1.26%(n＝6).结论 方法简便、准确,专属性强,测定结果重复性好,为二妙丸中盐酸小檗碱的定量分析提供了科学有效的方法.
