枳术丸中辛弗林的HPLC测定

         

摘要

Objective To establish the method for detemining the content of synephrine in Zhizhu Wan by HPLC. Methods Diamonsil ODSI C18 column was used with methanol-potassium dihydrogen phosphate (per 1 000 mL contains 0.6 g potassium dihydrogen phosphote, 1.0 g SDS and 1 mL acetic acid, 50 : 50) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength as 275 nm and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.065 6~0.656 μg for synephrine and linear equation was Y=478 526.3X+827.146, r=0.999 8. The average recovery was 99% and the related standard deviation (RSD) was 0.99% (n =6). Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and proper, and the reduplication of the result was good. It provides scientific quantitative analysis method of synephrine in Zhizhu Wan.%目的 建立枳术丸中辛弗林含量测定的方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil ODS1 C18色谱柱,以甲醇-磷酸二氢钾水溶液(取磷酸二氢钾0.6 g、十二烷基磺酸钠1.0 g、冰醋酸1 mL,加水溶解并稀释至1 000 mL,50:50)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,λ=275 nm.结果 辛弗林在0.065 6~0.656 pg范围内呈良好线性,回归方程为:Y=478 526.3X+827.146,γ=0.999 8,平均加样回收率为99%,RSD=0.99%(n=6).结论 本方法简便、准确,专属性强,测定结果重复性好,为枳术丸中辛弗林的定量分析提供了有效方法.
