The product was characterized by WAXD, SAXD, and N2 adsorptiondesorption isotherms. The luminescent properties of doped-MA were studied and energy transfer from Gd3+ to Eu3+ in ordered mesoporous alumina was observed. The energy transfer process was discussed.
