原发性肝癌患者血管紧张素转化酶与血管紧张素转化酶2基因转录水平变化趋势

         

摘要

Objective: To explore the gene expressions of ACE , ACE2 and their receptors AT1, MAS in both the center and the partial of hepetocelluar carcinoma ( HCC) .Methods: The carcinoma center , parietal tissue of 6 HCC patients were taken to detect the gene transcription of ACE , ACE2 and receptors AT1, MAS by the way of real time PCR.Results: Cmpared with those in carcinoma centers , gene transciption of ACE and ACE 2 in parietal tissue changed consistently , higher or lower at the same tiome.Gene transciption of ACE and AT 1 in parietal tissue changed consistently.Conclusion: In primary hepatocellu-lar carcinoma , ACE/AT1 and ACE2/MAS may interact with each other to keep a balance.%目的:通过比较肝癌及其癌旁组织的基因转录差异,探讨血管紧张素转化酶( angiotensin converting en-zyme, ACE)对肝癌进程和预后的影响。方法:采用荧光定量PCR 法对6例原发性肝细胞癌及癌旁组织中ACE、ACE2及其受体AT1(angiotensin recepor1,血管紧张素受体1)和MAS (血管紧张素1的7肽片段受体)的基因转录水平进行检测。结果:相对于癌旁组织,癌巢组织中ACE与ACE2的基因转录水平变化趋势一致,协同升高或降低;ACE/AT1的基因转录水平变化一致,协同升高或降低。结论:原发性肝细胞癌患者中, ACE/AT1受体与ACE2/MAS受体的调控作用是彼此制约,从而平衡的;而ACE可能是通过AT1起到调控作用的。
