Objective To explore the effect of warm acupuncture-moxibustion and Bobath rehabilitation on the gait stability in patients with stroke.Methods Sixty-seven patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n =34) treated with routine treatment and Bobath rehabilitation,and treatment group (n =33) treated with warm acupuncture-moxibustion,routine treatment and Bobath rehabilitation for 12 weeks.Ankle varus angle,Holden walking classification and Berg balance scale score were evaluated before and after 12 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,ankle varus angle were decreased in two groups (P ＜0.05 or P ＜0.01).Holden walking classification and Berg balance scale scores were significantly increased in two groups (P ＜0.05 or P ＜0.01).The ankle varus angle in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P ＜0.01).Holden walking classification and Berg balance scale scores in treatment group were higher than that in control group (P ＜0.01).Conclusion Warm acupuncture-moxibustion and Bobath rehabilitation can significantly improve the gait stability in patients with stroke,which is better than that of Bobath rehabilitation.%目的 探讨温针灸联合Bobath康复疗法对脑卒中病人步态稳定性的影响.方法 将67例脑卒中病人随机分为治疗组(33例)与对照组(34例).在脑卒中常规治疗的基础上,对照组施以Bobath康复疗法,治疗组予温针灸结合Bobath康复训练治疗.治疗前及治疗12周结束后评价病人踝关节内翻角度、Holden步行功能分级、Berg平衡量表评分.结果 两组治疗后足内翻角度与治疗前比较均有显著降低(P＜ 0.05或P＜0.01),Holden步行功能分级、Berg平衡量表较治疗前显著提高(P＜0.05或P＜0.01);治疗后,治疗组足内翻角度较对照组显著降低(P＜0.01),Holden步行功能分级、Berg平衡量表较对照组显著提高(P＜0.01).结论 温针灸结合Bobath康复技术能更好地改善病人步行稳定性,较单纯Bobath康复技术疗效更为优越.
