在分析职业嵌入的内涵、结构、各维度内容的基础上,辨析了其与相似组织行为学构念的关联,并讨论了职业嵌入的两类测量工具,对现有相关研究做了总结和评述;然后,基于职业生涯理论,讨论了员工在各阶段的嵌入特征.此外,对职业嵌入的未来研究方向和趋势进行了分析和展望,以期对后续有关研究有所借鉴.%The present study applied the Embeddendess from working area to occupational area.Ng and Feldman(2007) proposed the concept of Occupational Embeddedness,which included the various dependent relationships of employees in the current occupation.First of all,this study analyzed the connotation,structure,and content of each dimension in Occupational Embeddness.In addition,it also distinguished the relevance of the similar concepts of organizational behavior.Secondly,it discussed the two types of measurements and summarized the empirical researches in this area.Finally,based on the career theory,this study discussed the characteristics of the employees in different stages.This study prospected for future research on occupational embeddeness.
