在风险投资和股权投资实践中,创业者与投资方的冲突是长期存在的现实问题.从创业者与投资方2个维度,按照道德风险高低程度把创业者与投资方的冲突分为4种模式:均势冲突型、创业者主导型、投资方主导型和理念冲突型;由4种模式中分别筛选一个典型案例进行研究,并从投资方立场、创业者立场以及和谐共赢立场3个方面提出对策.%The conflicts between entrepreneurs and investors are the significant problems in the venture capital practice.Based on the double-sided moral hazard theory,the conflicts between entrepreneurs and investors are divided into four patterns by the level of their moral hazard:the equilibrious conflict; the conflict caused by entrepreneur,the conflict caused by investor and the conflict in opinion.Then we provide countermeasures in the entrepreneurs' position,in the investor's position and in the win-win position.
