从个体特征到企业绩效——战略管理研究路径解析

         

摘要

通过回顾过去20~30年西方战略管理领域的研究,特别是针对近10年来国际一流学术杂志中以绩效研究为主题的文献的深度挖掘,将现有绩效研究的链条向左侧继续拓展.提出战略管理乃至整个组织管理领域的研究都遵循一个潜在的模式和研究链条,即个体的特征决定其态度,态度决定其行为,行为决定最终结果.还对研究链条中的不同环节及研究路径进行了剖析,发现企业最终的绩效产出应该是这一研究链条上所有环节的逐级累积以及交互作用的共同结果.%This paper reviews the state in the field of strategic management, especially the researches that focus on the firm performance in the top journeys during the past ten years. A thorough excavation of these existing researches and articles leads to a discovery of a potential model which is followed by all over the strategic management and the whole organization management studies, that is,the demographic and psychogenic characteristics of individuals determine their attitude, the attitude decides their decision and behavior, then the final outcome. The paper further analyzes different segments and path of the chain, and argues that the final performance of enterprises should be the outcome of all links as well as the interaction and cumulative results in the chain.
