超声弹性成像技术是评估组织弹性的一项新兴超声成像技术,具有准确、无创、可重复等特点.儿童脑性瘫痪以痉挛型为主,表现为受累肌肉硬度增加且肌张力增高,肢体活动受限,累及四肢不同的骨骼肌时可表现出不同的特殊姿势.近年来,对儿童脑性瘫痪采用肉毒素注射治疗等辅助方法,临床缺乏无创、经济、方便、可量化的方法评估肉毒素注射治疗效果.弹性成像技术可在本病的诊疗中协助评估肌肉受累程度和治疗效果,本文对其应用现状综述.%Ultrasound elastography technique is a novel method that can assess the elasticity of tissues accurately,noninvasively and repeatablely.Children with cerebral palsy which is main of spastic type can be characterized by increased muscle stiffness and increased muscle tone of affected muscle,limited physical activity and different postures while involving different skeletal muscles.In recent years,botulinum toxin has been introduced as a selective treatment approach for spasticity in children with cerebral palsy,but the noninvasive,economic,convenient and quantifiable method to evaluate the therapeutic effect of botulinum toxin injections is absent.Ultrasound elastography technique can be used for assistance in assessing the degree of affected muscle and the therapeutic effect in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral palsy.The application of ultrasound elastography technique in children with cerebral palsy were reviewed in this article.
