Objective To explore the clinical application value of CEUS and elasticity imaging techniques in the diagnosis of breast radial scar. Methods Data of 8 patients with breast radial scar confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. All these patients underwent gray-scale ultrasound, elastography and CEUS before surgery. Results Among 8 patients, 3 were accurately diagnosed by conventional ultrasound, 4 were accurately diagnosed by elastography, while 7 were accurately diagnosed by CEUS. Conclusion CEUS and elasticity imaging are beneficial for the diagnosis of radial scar.%目的 探讨超声弹性成像和CEUS在诊断乳腺放射状瘢痕中的临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析术前接受常规超声、弹性成像及CEUS检查的8例经手术病理证实为乳腺放射状瘢痕的患者资料.结果 8例患者中,常规超声准确诊断3例,弹性成像准确诊断4例,CEUS准确诊断7例.结论 超声弹性成像及CEUS有利于提高乳腺放射状瘢痕的诊断效能.
