Objective To observe the appearances of normal kidney DTI, and to analyze their stability and repeatability. Methods Ten volunteers underwent DTI of the kidneys. The cortical and medullary ADC and FA value were measured. The results of the same measurer at different time, results by different measurers> and the same volunteers examination results at different time were compared. Results Normal cortical ADC value was higher than medullary (t= 20. 126, P< 0. 001). No statistical difference of ADC value was found between bilateral kidneys (P>0. 05). Normal medullary FA value was higher than cortical (t= -42. 713, P<0. 001). No statistical difference of FA value was found between bilateral kidneys (P>0. 05). Among the results of the same measurer at different time, results by different measurers, and the same volunteers examination results at different time, the intraclass correlation coefficient were all greater than 0. 75, and alpha coefficient were all greater than 0. 8. Conclusion DTI can reflect ultrastructural features of normal kidney. The results of renal DTI examination have high stability and repeatability.%目的 探讨正常肾脏的DTI特点,分析检查结果的稳定性和可重复性.方法 对10名健康志愿者行肾脏DTI检查,测量肾皮质及髓质的ADC值及FA值.分析同一测量者在不同时间的测量结果、不同测量者的测量结果及同组受检者不同时间检查结果的一致性.结果 正常肾皮质的ADC值高于髓质(t=20.126,P<0.001),两侧肾脏差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);正常肾脏髓质的FA值高于皮质(t=42.713,P<0.001),两侧肾脏差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).比较同一测量者在不同时间的测量结果、不同测量者的测量结果及同组受检者不同时间的检查结果,其组内相关系数均大于0.75,alpha系数均大于0.8.结论 DTI可以反映正常肾脏超微结构的特点,检查结果有很高的稳定性和可重复性.
