The article has reviewed the administration、technical structure and global application of the global medical device nomenclature(GMDN), analyzed the coordination between GMDN and the industry status of medical device in our country, put forward some suggestions on the applicaition of GMDN, provided some reference on raising the management level of medical device in our country.%该文对全球医疗器械术语系统（GMDN）的管理机制、技术架构和全球应用情况进行了梳理，分析了GMDN系统与我国医疗器械产业现状的协调性，提出应用GMDN系统的建议，为创新我国医疗器械监管手段提供可供借鉴的参考。
