该文首先对下丘脑脑图谱的原始数据预处理,生成横断面、冠状面和矢状面三个方向完整的数据结构;然后通过设置灰度值和层间距,生成立体的SW 图谱;再次将三维下丘脑图谱整合到现有的神经导航系统中,实现可视化显示;最后在神经导航系统中对脑组织结构进行解剖名称标识并实时显示.%In this paper, we describe a study on visualization of SW atlases Firstly, data structures in axial, coronal and sagittaldirections are generated by SW atlases1 raw data after pre-processing Secondly, we produce 3D SW atlases throughitensity and spaces between slices Thirdly, we integrate the atlas into the neurosurgery navigation systemand realize the visualization of SW atlases Finally, we realize brain anatomy structures labeling and real-time display inneurosurgery navigation system
