Objective: To compare two 2D-detector arrays for NPC IMRT quality assurance. Methods: Pinnacle8.0m treatment planning system optimazed 13 cases of NPC IMRT plans. Then they were meassured in using MapCHECK and MatriXX detector ararray. Compared the result of two methods of DTA and Gamma, two threshold values of 3%,3 mm,10% and 3%,3 mm,5%. Statistics software is SPSS 16.0. Its method selected paired t test. Results: The passrate of MapCHECK was higher than the MatriXX. To different methods and threshold values have statistics meaning to two detector arrays (P<0.05). But they do not have statistics meaning in selected Gamma method with 3%,3 mm,5% ((=1.740,P=0.085). Conclusions: The varification of IMRT do not compare the passrate using different detector arrays , different methods or different threshold values.The passrate affected by the one,two or three of these reasons.%目的:对比分析两种不同的调强验证工具对鼻咽癌放疗计划的验证结果.方法:用MapCHECK和MatriXX对Pinnacle8.0m计划系统优化出的13例鼻咽癌放疗计划进行剂量验证.分别采用DTA和Gamma方法及各方法应用于不同阈值时验证工具的验证结果进行对比分析.其阈值有选用3%,3mm,10%和3%,3mm,5%.统计分析采用SPSSI6.0软件包,选用配对t检验.结果:MapCHECK验证结果比MatriXX验证结果都较高,采用不同的比较方法和不同的比较阈值时MapCHECK和MatriXX结果比较都有统计学意义(P<0.05).但是对于二者的Gamma方法选用3%,3mm,5%阈值时结果无统计学意义(t=1.740,P=0.085).结论:调强验证中采用不同的验证工具,评价方法,评价标准,相互之间没有可比性.因本质上的通过率差异可以是验证工具,评价方法,评价标准这三者中任意的一种或几种组合因素所造成的.
