Objective: To make a data analysis study on optical characterization to nano-medicine.Method:Relevant literatures searched in Web of Science database were analyzed with TDA (Thomson Data Analyzer) developed by Thomson Reuters.Results:477 literatures were searched. Among them, relevant research works in USA are 181. China also contributes 79 literatures. Among institutes, Yonsei University is the most outstanding. While Chinese Academy of Science and Fudan University follow behind closely.Conclusion:Nowadays, nano-medicine and carrier system are hot-spots in the fields of nano science and pharmaceutics. Simple, fast, as well as quantitative optical characterization methods have already gradually become important methods to evaluate nano-medicine systems along with the increasing demand to in vivo and in vitro pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of nano-medicine systems.%目的:对纳米药物的光学表征手段进行文献研究。方法:使用汤森路透集团开发的数据分析软件TDA(Thomson Data Analyzer)对在Web of Science科学文献数据库中检索到的相关文献进行数据分析。结果:检索得到477篇文献,其中美国的相关研究最多,为181篇。中国紧随其后,为79篇。在研究机构方面,韩国延世大学最为突出,其次是中国科学院和复旦大学。结论:简便、快捷、可定量的光学表征方法适用于对纳米药物系统进行研究。
