Objective: To Analysis the effect of new type guide wire localization in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in the hollow screw fixation.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2014 January~2015 year in January 100 cases of femoral neck fracture in the elderly patients with clinical data,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,control group to implement the hollow screw fixation in the treatment of patients in the treatment group,the application of new guide pin positioning device based on the treatment of control group,comparative analysis clinical efficacy and complications of two groups of patients.Results:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group patients (98%) was higher than that of the control group of patients with clinical curative effect,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Patients in the control group the incidence of adverse reactions (10%) than the patients in the treatment group the incidence of adverse reactions (2%),P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:Patients in the hollow screw fixation in the implementation of the new guide needle positioner for the treatment of femoral neck fracture,clinical curative effect is good,low complication rate.%目的:研究分析新型导针定位器在空心螺钉内固定术治疗高龄患者股骨颈骨折的应用效果.方法:回顾性分析我院于2014年1月~2015年1月收治的100例高龄股骨颈骨折患者的病历资料,随机的分为对照组和治疗组,对照组实施空心螺钉内固定术治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上应用新型导针定位器治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效和并发症发生情况.结果:治疗组患者临床疗效(98%)优于对照组患者的临床疗效,P<0.05,有统计学意义.对照组患者不良反应发生率(10%)大于治疗组患者不良反应发生率(2%),P<0.05,有统计学意义.结论:高龄股骨颈骨折患者在空心螺钉内固定术中实施新型导针定位器治疗,临床疗效好,并发症发生率低,有一定的可行性和安全性.
