Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Songlingxuemaikang in treatment of hypertensive disease with excessive rising of liver.Methods:The patients in the conventional treatment of hypertension clinic six months of non-compliance by the 63 patients screened merger hyperactivity of TCM,were randomly divided into two groups,a control group of 30 patients received treatment compound rutin; 33 cases of treatment group given plus service Songlingxuemaikang treatment course in March,on blood pressure and clinical symptoms observed treatment,and analyzed statistically.Results:33 cases of hyperactivity symptoms in patients taking Songlingxuemaikang treatment group was significantly alleviated,blood pressure have a significantly improved blood pressure control smooth compliance,statistical analysisP < 0.01,significantly better than the 30 cases received compound rutin the control group.Conclusion:The treatment and management of hypertension are many,for hypertensive patients with hyperactivity,joint Songlingxuemaikang therapy,integrative medicine,can significantly improve symptoms in patients with high blood pressure,improve blood pressure control standards rate.%目的:观察松龄血脉康治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的治疗效果.方法:将门诊半年内高血压常规治疗不达标的患者,经中医科筛查合并肝阳上亢的患者63例,随机分成两组,对照组30例,给予复方芦丁治疗;治疗组33例,给予加服松龄血脉康治疗,疗程3月,对血压和临床症状治疗效果观察,并进行统计学分析.结果:33例服用松龄血脉康治疗组患者肝阳上亢症状明显缓解,血压都有了明显改善,血压控制平稳达标,经统计学分析P<0.01,明显优于30例服用复方芦丁的对照组.结论:高血压的治疗和管理是多方面的,对伴有肝阳上亢的高血压患者,联合松龄血脉康治疗,中西医结合,能明显改善高血压患者症状,提高高血压的控制达标率.
