中职毕业护生评判性思维能力现状分析

         

摘要

Objective: To understand the status of critical thinking ability in secondary vocational nursing graduate and its influence factors.Methods:The Chinese version of critical thinking on the 464 meter vocational graduate nursing students conducted a questionnaire survey,data were statistically analyzed using SPSS17.0.Results:The post graduate nursing students critical thinking somehow divided (227.46 ± 35.36),6.4% of students in critical thinking positive tendency had the highest score (41.53 ± 10.31),the lowest score dimensions were seeking the truth (22.60 ± 8.87);The like in critical thinking scores was higher than the don't like (P < 0.01). Different levels of nursing students internship hospital CTDI-CV score difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Vocational graduate nursing students critical thinking needs to be improved,especially in terms of seeking truth,schools and hospitals should strengthen cooperation and jointly explore for nursing personnel training mode.%目的:了解中职毕业护生的评判性思维能力现状及影响因素.方法:采用中文版评判性思维测量表对464名中职毕业护生进行问卷调查,数据采用SPSS17.0进行统计学处理.结果:中职毕业护生的评判性思维总得分为(227.46±35.36),6.4%的护生评判性思维倾向为正性,得分最高的维度是评判性思维的自信心(41.53±10.31),得分最低的维度是寻求真相(22.60±8.87);喜欢本专业的护生的评判性思维得分高于不喜欢本专业的护生(P<0.01).不同实习医院等级的护生CTDI-CV得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中职毕业护生的评判性思维能力亟待提高,尤其是寻求真相方面,学校及医院应加强合作,共同探索出适合护理人才培养的模式.
