不同产地的当归中紫花前胡素HPLC法含量测定

         

摘要

Objective: To study decursin from angelica determined by HPLC,got decursin content in different habitats of angelica.Methods:The different origin of angelica preparation of the test solution and the reference solution. Set the HPLC method the chromatographic column was TIANHE C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5 m),the mobile phase wasH3PO4-NaH2PO4 buffer solution: acetonitrile (1:1),the flow rate was 1ml/min,the detection wavelength was 270nm,and then precision,stability of the determination method of linear correlation study,investigation,recovery and reproducibility of 5 study of Angelica sinensis were determined,and then obtained in different habitats of imperatorin.Results:The HPLC method for the determination of the above 5 results were good; six kinds of different origin of imperatorin in Angelica sinensis [/RSD (%)] from low to high order. Conclusion:The HPLC method for the determination of in Radix Angelicae sinensis from different regions of imperatorin is simple,fast,accurate,and effective.%目的:研究HPLC法测定当归中紫花前胡素的方法,明确不同产地当归中紫花前胡素的含量.方法:称取不同产地的当归制备供试品溶液和对照品溶液.设定HPLC法色谱柱为TIANHE C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)、流动相为H3PO4-NaH2PO4缓冲液:乙腈(1:1)、流速为1ml/min、检测波长为270nm,然后进行测定方法的精密度考察、稳定性考察、线性相关考察、加样回收率考察及重复性考察等5项考察,然后进行含量测定并获取了不同产地的当归中紫花前胡素含量.结果:HPLC法测定的以上5项考察结果均良好;六种不同产地当归中紫花前胡素含量[/RSD(%)]由低到高依次排序.结论:HPLC法测定不同产地当归中紫花前胡素含量简便、快捷、准确、有效.
