目的:分析银花泌炎灵片治疗急性泌尿系感染的临床疗效.方法:本次医学研究选取2012年1月~2013年12月之间70例通过银花泌炎灵片治疗急性泌尿系感染的患者,并且通过单双号法将其分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35),观察并比较两组的疗效.结果:观察组治疗的有效率94.28%,高于对照组82.86%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=2.258,P<0.05);在观察期内,观察组1例出现轻微腹泻,对照组1例出现轻微腹泻,但是两组患者都完成了药物治疗,所有患者肝肾功能均良好.结论:银花泌炎灵片治疗急性泌尿系感染疗效显著.%Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yinhuamiyanling tablets in the treatment of acute urinary tract infection.Methods:The medical study selected between January 2012 and December 2013,70 patients with acute urinary tract infection by Yinhuamiyanling tablets in the treatment,and by odd-even method will be divided into observation group (n=35) and control group (n=35),observe and compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The treatment efficiency of 94.28%,higher than 82.86%,the difference was statistically significant (χ2=2.258,P < 0.05);in the observation period,the observation group 1 patients had mild diarrhea,one case in the control group mild diarrhea,but the two groups have completed drug treatment,all patients had good kidney function.Conclusion:Yinhuamiyanling tablets in the treatment of acute urinary tract infection was significant effect.
