目的:了解首发青年脑卒中患者的抑郁状况,分析其影响因素以及与生存质量的相关性.方法:采用自制患者一般资料问卷、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、中文版世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL—BREF),对首发青年脑卒中患者进行调查分析.结果:共纳入80例患者,其中男50例,女30例,年龄18~45岁,抑郁发生率25%,轻度抑郁18例,中度抑郁2例;抑郁得分与生存质量存在负相关性;经多因素分析显示,性别、生活自理能力、家庭年收入、付费方式、对疾病是否了解是患者抑郁发生的影响因素.结论:首发青年脑卒中患者抑郁得分明显高于国内常模,护士应了解该人群的发病特点、心理状况及影响因素,有针对性地进行心理护理,促进患者身心健康.%Objective: To understand the status of the first youth of depression in patients with cerebral apoplexy,analyzing the influence factors and the correlation with quality of life.Methods: Patients with homemade general data questionnaire,depression self rating scale (SDS),the Chinese version of the world health organization quality of life measurement scale short form (WHOQOL BREF),to start young stroke patients were investigated.Results: 80 patients were selected,including 50 cases of male,female 30 patients,ages 18 to 45 years old,25% incidence of depression,18 cases of mild depression,moderate depression in 2 cases; Depression score and quality of life exist negative correlation; By multi-factor analysis showed that sex,life self-care ability and family income,payment method,to understand whether the disease is were the risk factors of the patients with depression.Conclusion: Starting young stroke patients with depression scores are significantly higher than domestic norm,the nurse should understand the clinical characteristic of the population,the psychological status and influencing factors,a targeted psychological nursing,promote the patients' physical and mental health.
