护理管理者的变革型领导风格对护理团队绩效的影响

摘要

Objective To explain the relationship between transformational leadership style of head nurse and subordinate ’ s team performance .Methods A cross-section survey was used to collect data and the structural equation model was used to analyze the data .Results The mean score of the transformational leadership of head nurse was (5.353 ±1.180).The mean score of team performance was (5.619 ±1.178). There was a significant positive correlation between the transformational leadership and team performance (β=0.72,P<0.01).Conclusions Both the level of transformational leadership and team performance were above the average .The transformational leadership of head nurse can help promote subordinate ’ s team performance , so the nursing managers should pay attention to shaping their own leadership style .%目的:探讨护理管理者的变革型领导风格对下属护理团队绩效的影响及机制。方法随机抽样方法抽取5所三级甲等临床教学医院的临床护士,每个医院发放问卷80份,采用横断面问卷调查法收集数据,变革型领导风格测量采用Song开发的单维度量表,团队绩效测量采用陈国权修订的量表。收回有效问卷267份,采用结构方程模型处理数据。结果护理管理者的变革型领导风格得分均值为(5.353±1.180)分,下属护理团队绩效得分均值为(5.619±1.178)分,护理管理者的变革型领导风格对下属护理团队绩效具有显著的正向影响(β=0.72,P<0.01)。结论护理管理者的变革型领导和下属护理团队绩效都处于中等偏上水平,变革型领导风格可以显著提升护理团队绩效,护理管理者应该关注对自己领导风格的塑造。
