目的 分析封闭式负压引流术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗Ⅳ期压疮的疗效.方法 自2009年2月至2011年1月对30例Ⅳ期压疮患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组16例,采取手术清创后予以VSD引流治疗；对照组14例,采取传统换药处理.结果 实验组与对照组相比,在创面清洁时间、创面植皮时间、使用抗生素时间、住院费用方面均有明显优势(P＜0.05),分别为(7.2±2.4)d VS (22.1±3.1)d,(24.2±2.8)d VS (55.2±3.6)d,(15.2±6.8 )d VS (36.7±5.1)d及(10 675.3±198.6)元VS (15 122.4±223.6)元.结论 VSD治疗Ⅳ期压疮的效果优良,值得推广应用.%Objective To analyze the treatment efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) for IV stage pressure ulcers. Methods From 2009 February to 2011 January, 30 cases of stage IV pressure ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group enrolled 16 cases, taking VSD drainage treatment after debridement. And 14 cases in the control group received the traditional dressing treatment. Results It showed significant advantages in the time interval to the wound cleaning, the time interval to skin grafting, the antibiotic period, and the hospitalization costs of the experimental group, which was (7. 2 ±2. 4) days. VS (22. 1 ±3.1) days, (24. 2 ±2. 8) days VS (55.2 ±3. 6) days, (15.2 ±6.8 )days VS (36.7 ±5. l)days and (10 675. 3 ± 198.6)RMB VS (15 122.4 ±223.6) RMB in the experimental group and the control group respectively. Conclusion It shows good efficacy of VSD for IV stage pressure ulcers, which is recommended to be widely applied.
