Lupus podocytopathy is characterized by nephrotic syndrome and diffuse foot process effacement of podocyte with or without mesangia] immune deposits but in the absence of subendotheliai and suhepitnelial immune complex deposits in SLE patients. In this review,we will discuss recent progress on the cKnical-pathlogical features and mechanisms of the lupus podocytopathy.%狼疮足细胞病是指系统性红斑狼疮导致的肾小球足细胞病,其临床表现为肾病综合征,病理改变以肾小球足细胞足突广泛融合为特征,伴或不伴有系膜细胞或系膜基质增生,除肾小球系膜区免疫复合物沉积外,毛细血管袢内皮下及上皮侧均无免疫复合物沉积.本文对近年来国外有关狼疮足细胞病的研究进展加以综述.
