Recent studies have suggested that proteinuria might serve as a nephrotoxic factor in mediating tubulointerstitial inflammation,while its potential mechanism is still of much interesting topic for the study. In this review, we summarized the updated insights on proteinuria induced tubularinterstitial damage.
