Objective To achieve seamless nursing between operating room and wards through nursing workflow demonstration and discussion with multisectoral cooperation,so as to eusure patient safety and improve the quality of nursing. Methods Some typical cases were selected and the nursing workflow from admission to perioperative nursing were demonstrated and discussed among nursing staff in operating room and wards. Then,the problems and risk factors were detected and targeted improving measures were proposed to optimize nursing workflow. Results This practice not only made nursing workflow more rational and scientific,but also improved nurses' general quality and professional nursing competence,enhanced their abilities in illness observation,problem detection and problem resolving,improved the quality of nursing and increased patient satisfaction. Conclusion The nursing workflow demonstration and discussion provides a platform to share experiences among nursing staff. It can contribute to detect and resolve the problems and deficiency in nursing workflow,improve the quality of nursing constantly, and embody the dynamics,integration and continuity of nursing care.%目的 通过多部门合作,进行护理流程演示与讨论,使病区和手术室在各个护理环节达到无缝对接,保障患者安全,提高护理质量。方法 选择典型病例,演示从患者入院、术前、术后护理至出院的实际工作流程,组织病区和手术室护理人员共同参与和讨论,夏时发现护理环节中存在的问题及安全隐患,提出改进措施,优化护理流程。结果 日常护理工作流程更加科学合理,同时提高了护士的整体素质和专科护理的专业水平,增强了护士观察病情和发现问题、认识问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力,提升了护理质量和患者的满意度。结论 通过护理工作流程演示与讨论,为大家提供了相互学习、借鉴和交流的平台,有利于检查、发现存在问题,共同探讨和改进工作流程中的不足和缺陷,使护理质量得到持续改进,体现了护理的动态性、整体性和连续性。
