Fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP) is a very rare disease.We reported one case with severe FOP who had been followed up for 10 years,and discussed the etiology,pathology,clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment,and outcome combined with the literature review.%进行性骨化性纤维组织结构不良症(fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva,FOP)是一种十分罕见的疾病,本文报道1例随访10年的重症患者,并结合文献对其病因、病理、临床特征、诊断、治疗与转归进行讨论.
