硝酸镧对大鼠睾丸7型水通道基因表达的影响

         

摘要

AIM: To find out whether different dosage of rare earth element-lanthanum can influence the expression of aquaporin 7(AQP 7) in the testis of rats. METHODS:Rats were fed with lanthanum nitrate [La(NO3)3] and killed 6 months later. Testes were then removed immediately to extract total RNA. Northern blot analysis is performed finally. RESULTS:0.1 mg/kg La(NO3)3 depressed the expression of AQP 7 in rat testis, while 20 mg/kg La(NO3)3 had no significant effect on it. CONCLUSION: AQP 7 expession is found in the rat testis; La(NO3)3 can depress the expression of AQP 7 in the rat testis.%目的:观察不同剂量稀土元素-镧对大鼠睾丸7型水通道(aquaporin 7, AQP 7)基因表达水平的影响。方法:取硝酸镧[La(NO3)3]灌胃6个月大鼠的睾丸组织提取总RNA进行Northern blot 分析。结果:低剂量La(NO3)3(0.1 mg/kg)抑制大鼠睾丸AQP 7的mRNA表达,而高剂量La(NO3)3 (20 mg/kg) 的作用与对照组比较无明显差别。结论:大鼠睾丸内可见AQP 7mRNA的表达;硝酸镧能影响大鼠睾丸AQP 7 mRNA表达的强度。
