先天性巨结肠交感神经和副交感神经递质变化的研究

摘要

本文采用超微定位组织化学、电镜和图像分析技术,对21例先天性巨结肠扩张段和狭窄段环肌中,交感和副交感神经末梢内递质定量测定,发现无神经节细胞段乙酰胆碱递质囊泡含量高出正常2.37倍,去甲肾上腺素递质囊泡高出正常1.73倍,在扩张段乙酰胆碱和去甲肾上腺素含量之比为0.5835,而在狭窄段为0.8034.以上表明在狭窄段交感和剐交感神经功能都增强,副交感神经较交感神经功能更强.狭窄段神经调节失衡,副交感神经功能相对亢进是先天性巨结肠平滑肌持续收缩的原因之一.%The neurotransmitters of cholinergic and adrenergic nerve terminals in the cir.cular muscle of the ganglionic and aganglionic segments were assessed by ultrastruetural cytochemistry of biogenic amines,electron microscopy and image analysis.The volume density (Vv) of NA vesicles in the nerve terminals of the aganglionic segment is 1.733 times greater than that in the aganglionic segment.The Vv of ACh vesicles in the aganglionic segment is 2.37 times greater than that in the ganglionic segment.The ratio of ACh and Vv contents in the ganglionic segment is 0.5835,but that in the aganglionic is 0.8034.It shows that the activity of both cholinergic and adrenergic nerves increases in the aganglionic segment,but that of the cholinergic nerves is relatively higher than that of adrenergic nerves.The predominant action of cholinergic nerves in the aganglionic bowel may lead to contraction of smooth muscles.
