藏药余甘子鞣质部位对小鼠移植性肿瘤的抑制作用

         

摘要

目的:研究余甘子鞣质部位对荷肉瘤 S180和肝癌 H22移植瘤小鼠的肿瘤抑制作用及免疫器官的影响。方法将72只 SPF 级的 ICR 小鼠分为6组,分别为空白对照组、荷肉瘤 S180模型组、余甘子鞣质部位低(0.5 g·kg-1,相当于生药3.64 g·kg-1)、中(1.0 g·kg-1,相当于生药7.27 g·kg-1)、高(2.0 g·kg-1,相当于生药14.54 g·kg-1)剂量组,另设环磷酰胺组阳性药组;对荷肝癌 H22小鼠的抑瘤实验分组同上。小鼠分别连续 ig 给药10 d 及12 d 后,计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结果余甘子鞣质部位低、中、高剂量组对荷肉瘤 S180移植瘤小鼠组的抑瘤率分别为16.52%、40.08%(P 0.05)。结论灌胃给予余甘子鞣质部位对两种荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长均有明显的抑制作用,且呈一定剂量依赖性,对荷瘤小鼠免疫器官未见明显影响。%Objective To investigate the antitumor activity of tannin part of Phyllanthi fructus on S180 and H22 tumor-bearing mice. Methods The ICR mice were divided into control group, model group, tannin part of Phyllanthi fructus low (0.5 g·kg-1, the equivalent of crude drug 3.64 g·kg-1), medium (1.0 g·kg-1, the equivalent of crude drug 7.27 g·kg-1), high (2.0 g·kg-1, the equivalent of crude drug 14.54 g·kg-1) dose group, a separate cyclopho-sphamide group. After continuous intragastric administered 10 d(S180) and 12 d(H22), the tumor inhibition rate, thymus index and spleen index were calculated respectively. Results The tumor inhibition rate of low, medium and high dose groups of tannin part of Phyllanthi fructus on S180 tumor-bearing mice were 16.52%,40.08% (P0.05). Conclusion Intragastric administration of tannin part of Phyllanthi fructus significantly inhibited the tumor growth in the tumor-bearing mice in a dose-dependent manner. No obvious changes were detected in immune organs in the trial groups.
