碳纤维毡的高温石墨化处理及其性能研究

         

摘要

The carbon felt was put In the graphitizing fumace, and heat-treat for 30 min at 2 600 ℃.The structure of the graphized carbon felt and the improvements of its performance were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and micro-Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the graphitlzation degree of carbon fibers is promoted and the electrical conductivity graphitized at 2 600 ℃ is also Improved.%将聚丙烯腈碳纤维毡放置在高温石墨化炉中,在高纯氩气气氛保护下,升温至2 600℃,保温30 min,采用X射线扫描、拉曼光谱等实验方法和测试技术研究了高温石墨化处理碳纤维毡的纤维结构和导电性能的改变.实验表明,碳纤维毡经过高温石墨化处理之后,石墨化程度增大,导电性能得到一定改善,更加适合用做电池的电极材料.
