热处理对Al-Mg-Sn-Ga-X合金阳极组织与电化学性能的影响

         

摘要

研究了Al-Mg-Sn-Ga-X五元铝台金阳极材料热处理对其在4 mol/L NaOH+10 g/L Na<,2>SnO<,3>介质中的微观组织和电化学性能的影响.利用金相显微镜、透射电镜、扫描电镜观察了显微组织和表面形貌,利用IM6ex型电化学综合测试仪和排水法测试了材料的电化学性能和腐蚀速率.结果表明:在4 mol/L NaOH+10 g/L Na<,2>SnO<,3>介质中,冷轧后的Al-Mg-Sn-Ga-X五元铝合金阳极板材经回复退火,可以降低其腐蚀速率,并且稳定工作电位负移,有效改善其综合电化学性能;再结晶退火,板材立方织构增多,其腐蚀速率增大,稳定工作电位负移.%The influences of heat treatment on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of AI-Mg-Sn-Ga-X quinary aluminum alloy anode material in 4 mol/L NaOH alkaline medium were studied. The microstructure and morphology were characterized by metallographic microscope, transmission electron microscope (TEM) end scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electrochemical properties and corrosion rate were tested by electrochemical workstation and water excluding method. The results show that the retum annealing treatment of the cold rolling aluminum alloy can reduce the corrosion rate and make the stable potential negative shift. After recrystallization annealing process, the cube texture in the aluminum alloy plate increases, leading to a high corrosion rate and negative stable potential.
