一种新型预偏置负载启动电路设计

         

摘要

为防止单个直流变换器在启动过程中对多电源单节点上的电容进行放电而引起的节点电压不稳定和启动电压震荡,设计了一种简单可靠的直流变换器预偏置负载启动电路.该电路利用晶体管的电流控制特性来检测直流变换器和预偏置负载间的压差,控制开关管的导通和关断,来实现预偏置负载软启动,同时,可以通过合理选择电路参数来优化预偏置负载启动.具有电路简单,元器件少,成本低和工作可靠等优点,可以广泛应用于各种直流变换器的预偏置负载软启动,与直流变换器的具体实现无关.%A novel DC-DC converter pre-bias startup circuit was presented to meet the need of voltage stability in the multi-power system. The pre-bias soft-startup circuit was realized by controlling transistor switch on/off to detect the dropout voltage between DC-DC converter and the pre-bias load. Moreover, the performance could be optimized through choosing appropriate parameters. This pre-bias startup circuit, widely used in multi-power field, has the advantages of simple realization, low cost, and high reliability.
