Confocal laser endomicroscopy (CLE) is a new endoscopic technology that has been applied into clinical practice during recent years.It can provide real-time microscopic view of the gastrointestinal mucosa with ×1000 magnification,and significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy with decreased biopsy numbers.From a practical viewpoint,we will introduce the application of CLE in the diagnosis of early GI tumors along with the most recent development in this field.%共聚焦激光显微内镜(CLE)是近年来应用于临床的一种内镜新技术,可以在普通内镜检查的同时获得放大1000倍的消化道黏膜的组织学图像,从而提高内镜诊断的准确率,减少活检数目,指导实时内镜治疗.文章主要介绍CLE在消化道肿瘤早期诊断方面的应用.
