平台转换设计在人工种植牙临床应用现状与前景

         

摘要

Implant supported restoration can better restore the masticatory function and have the advantage of good retention,comfort etc.Implant supported restoration have been widely used to replace edentulous areas of the oral cavity.When the implant loaded,occlusal force was conducted to the implant bone interface.The stress on the implants can only be balanced by the deformation of the surrounding bone tissue,and the bone surrounding the implant is more likely to be resorbed.Therefore,the design of the super-structural prosthesis should meet certain requirements of the biomechanics to assure effective and long-term use of the implant in the jaw.Previous studies showed that bone resorption happen on implant abutment interface and that various factors influence the bite force conduction.These factors include sclerotin of the jaw bone,shape of the implant,design of the superstructure,bite force and material type.This article reviews the prospect of platform conversion design in clinical applications.%伴随着种植技术的成熟及种植义齿所独有的优点,临床上越来越多的牙列缺损与缺失患者选择了种植义齿修复,然而种植义齿也存在着不足.种植体由于无牙周韧带的附着,和周围的骨组织直接发生紧密的骨结合.当咀嚼发生时,依靠其颈部周围的牙槽骨为支点,发生微动和位移完成咀嚼过程.在咀嚼过程中受力的种植体颈部周围骨组织更易被重新改建.就此有学者研究了种植体-基台界面的骨吸收情况,并将研究重点集中到影响咬合力传导的各个方面,如颌骨骨质、种植体形态、上部结构设计、咬合力和材料种类等.本文就平台转换(PS)设计在种植义齿临床运用的现状与前景综述如下.
