Objective:To observe the clinical effect of self bonding flowable resin and ordinary light cured resin in the treatment of deciduous teeth with caries.Methods:284 deciduous molars were selected from 168 patients and were randomly divided into 2 groups.All the teeth were prepared with a high-speed turbine,and the experimental group (n =84) was filled with Dyad Flow self adhesive flowable resin.The control group (n =84) was filled with solid resin and self etching adhesive in the posterior teeth of Japanese SHOFU.After 1 years follow-up,we observed the results.Results:The average operation time of each tooth in the experimental group was (56± 16) s,the average operation time of the control group was (91 + 15) s,and the average filling time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P＜ 0.05).The experimental group and the control group were followed up by 1 year,the successful rates were 89.44％ and 77.46％ (P＜0.05) separately.Conclusions:The self adhesive resin flow andordinary light cured resin can be used in the treatment of deciduous teeth fissure caries.The self adhesive resin flow,with shorter clinical operation time,higher successful rate,and more easily accepted by children,is worthy of clinical apply.%目的:观察自粘接流动树脂、普通光固化树脂在乳牙窝沟龋治疗中的临床效果.方法:纳入168个患者的284颗患龋乳磨牙,随机分成2组.所有患牙均用高速涡轮机配合去龋刮匙备洞,实验组(n=84)用DyadFlow自粘接流动树脂充填;对照组(n=84)用日本松风后牙固体树脂和自酸蚀粘结剂充填.1年后随诊,观察效果.结果:实验组每颗患牙平均操作时间为(56±16)sec,对照组平均操作时间为(91±15)sec,实验组患牙平均充填时间显著短于对照组(P＜0.05).实验组、对照组2组治疗完成1年成功率分别为89.44％、77.46％(P＜0.05).结论:自粘接流动树脂、普通光固化树脂在乳牙窝沟龋治疗中均可获得理想的充填修复效果,自粘接流动树脂临床操作时间明显缩短,成功率较高,且患儿易接受,值得在临床推广.
