添加三种锐钛型纳米二氧化钛对硅橡胶体外抗菌性的影响

         

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the antimicrobial activities of silicone rubber with three kinds of anatase nano-TiO2. Methods: Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) for Saccharomyces albicans of three kinds of anatase nano-TiO2 were determined in vitro following suspension fabrication of nano-TiO2 powder. The anatase nano-TiO2 were added into silicone rubber respectively with the mass fraction of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4 %, 5%, then the antimicrobial effect of the silicone rubber was examined by in vitro bacteria culture and the Colonies count. Result: The MIC of the anatase nano-TiO2 and the lipophilic anatase nano-TiO2 agent against Saccharomyces albicans were both 65.6g/L, while Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 was 16.4g/l. The three kinds of anatase nano-TiO2 antibacterial rate were increased with the range increased from 1% to 4%, but antibacterial rate of them showed different degrees of decline with mass fraction of 5%. Conclusion: There was no difference of MIC between anatase nano-TiO2 and the lipophilic anatase nano-TiO2. And the antibacterial concentration of Ag-embedded nano-TiO2 was less than the others. According to the antibacterial rate, the silicone rubber with lipophilic anatase nano-TiO2 performed better than the others.%目的:研究添加3种锐钛型纳米二氧化钛的赝复用硅橡胶体外对白假丝酵母菌的抗菌效果.方法:制备3种锐钛型纳米二氧化钛的悬浊液,分别测定抗白假丝酵母菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);分别以1%,2%,3%,4%,5%的质量分数将3种抗菌剂加入到硅橡胶中,制成抗菌硅橡胶,用薄膜密着法测定抗菌硅橡胶对白假丝酵母菌的抗菌效果.结果:锐钛型纳米二氧化钛和锐钛型亲油性纳米二氧化钛的MIC均为65.6g/l;锐钛型载银纳米二氧化钛的MIC为16.4g/l.当抗菌材料的质量分数在1%-4%范围内,3种抗菌硅橡胶的抗菌率均随质量分数的增加而增加,当质量分数达到5%时抗菌率均下降.结论:锐钛型和锐钛型亲油性纳米二氧化钛的MIC差异无统计学意义,载银纳米二氧化钛的MIC小于其他;添加锐钛型亲油性纳米二氧化钛的抗菌硅橡胶抗菌效果较好.
