生物发酵饲料对仔兔生长发育及成活率的影响

         

摘要

This study was to investigate the effect of lycopeptide 1 and lycopeptide 2 on the growth and survival rate of young rabbits. The 17 days old white rex rabbit cub born on the same day was selected, 135 nests 999 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, each group 45 nests 333 rabbits. Feed a certain proportion of the fermented feed diet. Among them, 3% lycopeptide no. 1 was added in the first group, 2% lycopeptide no. 2 was added in the second group, and the control group was fed basic diet. The test period was 20 days, that is, the young rabbits started at the age of 17 days and ended at the age of 37 days. The results showed that diarrhea rate was the lowest in the first group, followed by the second group (P> 0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups and the control group (P < 0.01). The survival rate of young rabbits in the control group was significantly different from that in the experimental group (P < 0.05), while that in the other groups was not significantly different (P> 0.05). The weight gain and feed utilization rate of the two groups were better than that of the control group, and the two groups were the best. Combined with the above points, the addition of certain lycopeptide 1 and 2 in the feed has a good effect on improving the growth speed and survival rate of young rabbits, reducing the diarrhea rate and the ratio of feed weight.%本试验旨在研究生物发酵饲料利菌肽1号和利菌肽2号对仔兔生长发育及成活率的影响.选择同一天出生的17日龄白色獭兔仔兔135窝999只,随机分成3组,每组45窝333只.分别饲喂一定比例的发酵饲料的日粮.其中试验1组添加3%利菌肽1号,试验2组添加2%的利菌肽2号,对照组饲喂基础日粮.试验期20 d,即仔兔17日龄开始,到37日龄结束.结果表明:试验1组的腹泻率最低,试验2组次之(P>0.05),两个试验组与对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01).仔兔成活率对照组与试验1组差异显著(P<0.05),其他组间差异不显著(P>0.05);仔兔增重和饲料利用率两个试验组优于对照组,以试验2组最佳.综合以上几点,饲料中添加一定的利菌肽1号和2号,对于提高仔兔生长发育速度和成活率,降低腹泻率和料重比,有较好效果.
