金针菇菌糠对肉兔生产性能及屠宰率的影响

         

摘要

为了评价菌糠颗粒饲料对肉兔的生产性能和屠宰率的影响,本试验利用非常规饲料菌糠加工成肉兔全混合日粮.选取40只9周龄的新西兰肉兔,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只,菌糠组以金针菇菌糠代替饲粮中木薯渣(占日粮41%).预饲期1周,正饲期4周,测定各项生产指标和屠宰指标,并进行经济效益分析.结果表明:菌糠组平均体重较对照组提高了2.05%,菌糠组的平均日采食量比对照组降低了5.17%,平均日增重提高了12.26%,但差异不显著(P>0.05);菌糠组腹泻率比对照组降低0.72%;菌糠组胴体质量、半净膛屠宰率、全净膛屠宰率分别比对照组提高了2.21%、0.68%和0.47%,但两组间差异不显著(P>0.05);用菌糠代替木薯渣饲喂肉兔,试验初步表明用金针菇菌糠全部代替肉兔饲料中的木薯渣是可行的,并且具有降低饲料成本的效果,对提高工业废弃物菌糠的资源循环和利用、减少环境污染等方面具有重要意义.%The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of SMS (spent mushroom substrate) of granulated feed on the growth performance and slaughter rate of meat rabbit. In this experiment, unconventional feed ingredients of SMS were used to produce the whole mixed diet of meat rabbits. 40 samples of 9-week-old New Zealand meat rabbits were randomly divided into 2 Group, each group contained 20 rabbits (n = 4 replicates each with 5 rabbits per replicates). For SMS group, the cassava residue in feed (41% of the diet) was replaced by flammulina velutipes. The time for Pre-feeding was 1 week and for formal feeding was 4 weeks. The growth indexes and slaughtering indexes were measured and analyzed for economic benefit. The results showed that: The average body weight of the SMS group was 2.05% higher than that of the control, and the average daily feed intake was 5.17% lower than that of the control, the average daily gain increased by 12.26%, but the difference above was not significant (P>0.05). The diarrhea rate of the SMS group was 0.72% lower than that of the control and the mortality rate was decreased by 5%. The carcass quality, semi-clear slaughter rate and full slaughter rate of the SMS group were higher than those of the control (2.21%, 0.68% and 0.47%, respectively), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). It is feasible to replace the cassava residue by SMS in the meat rabbit feed and it has the effect of reducing the cost of the feed, which is of great significance for improving the recycling and utilization of industrial waste SMS and reducing environmental pollution.
